Terms & Conditions (“Terms”)

Scope of Work
First Chicago Plumbing will provide plumbing services as requested by the customer. These services will be provided in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
Pricing
Pricing for services will be provided prior to work being performed. Any additional work required will be approved by the customer before proceeding. Payment is due upon completion of the work.
Warranties
First Chicago Plumbing warranties all work for a period of 90 days from the date of completion. This warranty covers labor only and does not include materials or parts used in the repair. Any defects in materials or parts will be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Liability
First Chicago Plumbing is not responsible for any damage caused to the customer’s property or plumbing system. The customer is responsible for providing a safe work area and removing any obstacles that may impede the work. First Chicago Plumbing is not liable for any damages caused by natural disasters or acts of God.
Code Compliance
All work will be performed in accordance with local building codes and regulations. It is the customer’s responsibility to obtain any necessary permits and inspections.
Cancellation Policy
If the customer needs to cancel an appointment, they must do so at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any legal action arising from these terms and conditions will be brought in the courts of the State of Illinois.
Modification
First Chicago Plumbing reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Any changes will be posted on our website.
Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between First Chicago Plumbing and the customer. Any other agreements or representations, verbal or written, are not part of this agreement.
Messaging Terms & Conditions
General
When you opt into the service, we will send you a message to confirm your signup.
By opting into messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from First Chicago Plumbing. Automated messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile number you provided when signing up or any other number you designate.
Message frequency varies. Additional mobile messages may be sent based on your interaction with First Chicago Plumbing. We reserve the right to alter the message frequency or change the short code, phone number, or alphanumeric sender.
Message and data rates may apply. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your mobile provider. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Cancellation
Messages will include instructions to unsubscribe by texting STOP or through an included link. After unsubscribing, we will confirm via text that you have been removed from the list. To re-subscribe, sign up again as you did originally.

Transfer of Number

Messaging Terms Changes
We reserve the right to change or terminate our messaging program at any time. Updates to these terms are effective immediately upon posting. If you do not agree, cancel your enrollment. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.
