The homeowner wanted to rent out his attic as a separate unit, but the space had no kitchen and no plumbing to support one. To give a tenant their own kitchen, the attic needed new water and drain lines built to code.

We pulled the permits, built new plumbing for the kitchenette, and passed all required inspections. The job is complete and the tenant now has a kitchen of their own.

The homeowner's bathroom was outdated and ready for a refresh. Before the new look could come together, the old pipes and drains needed to be brought up to date.

Our team handled all of the plumbing for the remodel. We replaced the old pipes with copper and updated the drains, and the homeowner is now enjoying a new bathroom built on reliable plumbing.

Qdoba was opening a new fast-casual restaurant in Norridge in what had been an empty commercial space. There was no plumbing in place for a restaurant, so the entire system had to be built from the ground up.

We built the full plumbing system, starting with the rough underground drains and water lines and finishing with the connections for every fixture and piece of professional-grade kitchen equipment. The restaurant is now open and serving customers.

A kitchen line broke beneath the ground floor of Koram Senior Housing, leaving the building's kitchen out of service for its residents. Because the damaged pipe was under the floor, the repair meant opening it up.

We broke through the ground floor, removed the old pipe, and installed a new line that meets Chicago plumbing code. The kitchen is back in working order for the senior residents.
