How do I schedule my included services?

To use your annual home inspection, water heater tune-up, or sewer camera inspection, just call us to schedule. We’ll work with you to find a convenient time, but please plan for at least a three-hour window for the visit to ensure everything is checked thoroughly.

What happens if I need emergency plumbing service?

Members get priority scheduling and no emergency fees—even during peak times or freezing winters. Whether it’s a burst pipe or a sudden leak, you’ll get fast service without extra charges.

What type of homes benefit most from this plan?

How much do I really save with this plan?

If you paid for these services separately, it would cost over $1,200 per year:

Home inspection – $450
Water heater tune-up – $350
Sewer camera inspection – $400

Unless you think different prices look better. I just do not want any confused customers callings us and asking why we want to charge them $350 for water heater tune-up when on the website it says $250.

What are the payment terms, and how does cancellation work?

The plan is billed monthly at $24.95, with a 12-month minimum commitment. If you choose to cancel before the first year ends, there is a $299 cancellation fee to cover the full value of the services provided. After completing the first year, you can cancel anytime with no fees.
According to our terms, if the plan is cancelled before the first 12 month commitment, the customer needs to pay the remaining balance for the year for the membership plus all the savings received during the membership period. So that needs to be rephrased a bit. Also, include that they can cancel anytime after the first 12 month.
